Hey Jordan,

Welcome to BP! I invest in SWFL and South Florida. It's great to reach out and introduce yourself virtually and in the real world. I've done it and it has helped quite a bit.

I'm always looking to JV with other wholesalers cause I have cash buyers and sometimes deals I can't get assigned fast enough so if you are ever interested on JV'ing... let me know. We're all in this together!
