Refinancing a Mortgage on a Foreclosure Property

Matthew Perdomo

Hello Bigger Pockets!

Had a question regarding pulling equity out of a foreclosure property after a rehab and refinance. The property was bought while in foreclosure using a loan. After some rehab to the property, if I wanted to refinance and reappraise the house, what money would I be able to pull out of the property? Sorry if the question is a bit confusing.

Thanks in advance.
