New member introduction from Norman, OK
Hello, BP! I've been using BiggerPockets for some time and now I'm finally posting.
I'm a buy and hold BRRRR rental investor, learning the art of self-management for our properties, and also working on our third live-in flip. Our area is primarily Norman and Moore, OK, but I'm learning about Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. I'm also interested in investing in Utah as we have a lot of family out there and visit frequently.
Real estate is the perfect side gig for me as a stay-at-home mom of 6 kids! I love so many things about it.
And a big thanks to this community for being willing to share and help. I've learned a lot already and hope to be able to contribute in some way.

You have my utmost respect for taking care of 6 kids and doing real estate!
You're probably already familiar with the OKC area having already invested in Moore and Norman. Places too lookout for is NW OKC, Bethany, Warr Acres, SW OKC, and Midwest City for BRRR. There's a lot of older homes in the OKC area that need updates, and it sounds like you've already done rehabs before. Paseo, Plaza, and the Asian district provides some good flip opportunities.
