Newly licensed looking for employment

Hi Everyone,

My name is Verenna and I recently got my California real estate license December 2019. My sole experience with real estate has been in timeshare with Wyndham (WorldMark) in San Diego. The idea of selling timeshare was planted in my head via a friend so I quit my case manager career and decided to switch industries. Long story short, I now know what I DON'T want to sell and what I want to explore in real estate. Any advice on choosing which real estate agency/company to work for in the San Diego County area? I am looking to apply to one and any Do's and Don'ts will help. Thanks in advance. ~V.

hey there @Verenna Huerta Congrats on getting your license! When choosing an agency to hang your license under it's important to compare all aspects of the company. What matters the most to you might not be the most important aspect for someone else. Make sure that the company you end up going with is in line with your long term goals in the Real Estate Industry! Remember that when you're interviewing with agencies, you are interviewing them just as much if not more than they should be interviewing you!
