Jason from Charleston, SC here. Glad to be a member. I'm looking forward to increasing my knowledge level beyond what I've read and from a little experience with cash flow properties. Also short on capital but long on ambition, so I will be keeping an eye open for opportunities that include terms I can be comfortable with and excited about.
