It’s time to take the training wheels off.
I have a rental I own free & clear valued at $225K and I want to use the equity in it to fund more rentals. Looking at BRRRR Single Family and possibly small apartments. I am a CM in O&G construction but little to no finance background. The nuts and bolts of this is pretty intuitive but the financial side is a bit intimidating.
