Newbie here from Dayton TX
Hey everyone im new to REI I am from the Houston tx area (Dayton) and looking for my first property to BRRR or fix and flip. I am looking at hard money lending with approximately $10k to invest with a possible joint venture adding an extra $10k for $20k total. My question is what price range should i be looking for?
