Hello,

I found this forum a few years ago while researching some tax implications, but I just got around to coming back. I figured this time I would hang around for a bit and give something back if I could. I am 34 and bought my first rental when I was 18. I only had 2 rent houses for quite a while whilst I worked on building another business. I sold that business in 2007 (good timing) and scooped up several good deals for cash in '08 and '09. Anyway, I currently have 26 houses in Katy, Cypress and the Woodlands, mostly 3/2/2's with a few 4/2.5/2's.

Cheers,
Shane
