Hello BP,
my name is Anu and i'm an engineer in Northern New Jersey looking to dive into real estate investing. I currently have a single family rental but I would like to get into house flipping and multi-family rentals in cheaper markets out of state like Detroit or Buffalo, NY, and maybe eventually in state as well. I am very interested in networking with fellow investors in my local area or other areas that may be good for out of state investments. thanks!
