Hello all!! I have been lurking this forum for the past few weeks and am amaized at the level of information and resources available. I want to give kudos to the admins for keeping spammers away. This site seems very professional, supportive, and welcoming to all interested in Real Estate.
A little more about me... I receintly graduated from College and have always been interested in Real Estate. But going to school and working full time didn't allow me much time to do anything but research. But now I am just working, I have more time (and money) to get my hands dirty. I have not purchased a house yet but planning to do so in the near future. I have many questions but I will save them for the other sections of the forums. :mrgreen:
