Im looking for Cell Towers info
Im looking to place a cell tower on my property in Tucson AZ. Now does anyone know the pros and cons to it? Also what about whats a ballpark average lease going rate. Does anybody have a good podcast youtube and or web blog link? I got a tower report and received a list of about 50 companies and just now starting to contact companies and they are asking whats my price per sqft. How would I calculate that for a tower?
