Is it a good time to invest on real state?
Hello everyone, I'm looking into investing in real state for the first time but I would like to know yall's perspective on how the forecast looks like for the real state market due to the coronavirus and its effects. I currently have a mortgage but I have some money saved for a downpayment on another house. What is it needed to invest on real state for the first time? I would appreciate the feedback.
