Property dilemma that needs an opinion
Hello, my name is Rodnshei Douglas and I became a member because my boyfriend is a huge follower of bigger pockets and we have recently become small business owners on top of a dilemma that he has. His deceased father owned 9 houses, his grandmother owns 5 of them of which one he lives in and 2 others that she wants to work a deal with him because no one has occupied the dwelling and the taxes are behind to the point where all the money is due at one time. How should he approach this situation?
