Newbie from Northern Virginia
Hello All - I'm starting my real estate investing journey and have decided to do my first deal locally in Northern VA, likely focusing on rentals. My challenge is that I have the money, but am short on time. I'm looking to find a potential partner with whom I can do creative deals together, with me fronting the money. Not sure if partnering is a good idea for my first deal, would love to get some advice from experienced investors about this.
