Hello, I am Bill from Mt Pleasant Iowa. New to this game but very interested in beginning my journey. I am 60, married, have 4 kids and 8 grandchildren. My goal is to make sure the we have the income to spend all the time we want spoiling them. I have been using the calculators and have been watching BP on YouTube and recently started listening to the podcasts. I am looking to start off with small multi-family and single family homes in the Des Moines area because that's where the kids and gk's are. Been at this for a week now but feel a real change in my life moving forward...
