Hey guys so glad I found BP i have learned so much so far and I am eager to learn even more. My name is Dagan McIntire I'm 20 years old from Nevada Missouri. I just finished my first year of college and decided that it wasn't for me and that I didn't need an MBA to be an entrepreneur. I know that if I start REI now I'll be in a pretty good place in 30 years. My hope for this post is that someone in my area will see this so we could possibly learn from each other! Although I have plenty of questions for you guys the one I am struggling with right now is if I should invest in my small rural hometown for my first deal or find somewhere else? Thanks!

Hey Dagan! Welcome to the community! Happy to help. That's to bad that the school wasn't right for you at this time. I would read rental property investing with no/low money down by Brandon turner and read am I being too subtle by Sam sell. For me these were a huge help.
