Looking to establish meaningful relationships around real estate investing. Just joined after speaking with few of my friends about investing in general and R/E was one of the first things that came up! 3 of are all in the late 20's, all homeowners in or around NYC with some investable asset. Mentors, opportunities, anything and everything about R/E, welcome!

As a newbie to BiggerPockets I echo the comment made by Jay Won regarding establishing meaningful relationships with other real estate investors in the NY/NJ area. Although, I have not been a member for long I am already finding valuable posts, comments, and blogs regarding REI from other BiggerPockets members in the area. It is great to know that there is a community out there that I can reach out to for RT (real-time) data and information regarding real estate.
