@Elinor Amsalem How long have you lived in Muncie? I lived there for 6 years during college and know most of the areas. My mom lives out by Prairie Creek Reservoir and owns three country properties. It's a really hot and cold city and fueled by college students. I'm sure you're aware of the corruption in city government. It made national news. Besides that I feel opportunities can still be found especially with student rentals if that's a strategy you're considering.
