Hello Bigger Pockets Members,

My Name is Jacob Jones, I am 26 and I live in Lake Stevens, WA. I am Married and have 4 Beautiful Children, 5 if you count our big Dog!

I am looking for a mentor, I have been listening to the BP podcasts sine early 2019. I am interested in learning from anyone that does Wholesaling, Fix & Flips, Buy & Holds, A Real Estate Investor, A Commercial Real Estate Investor, anyone who knows about Real Estate, I would love the chance to pick your brain.

I currently work a full time time and a part time job. I am available on Fridays until 12pm, and I do not currently work on weekends, so I am available both Saturday and Sundays. I am willing to work for free to learn the ropes and get out in the field. Let me know if you can help me out.

Thank you,

Hey @Jacob Jones and

@Matthew Kimball, I’m here in Lake Stevens and just starting my endeavor into real estate investing.  Would be great to get around a couple local like minds... let me know if you’re interested.  Sharing experiences, and growing our networks is always a good thing!
