is it good idea to invest in syracuse, NY with under 50 k? i dont live there. But is the market active? How is the rent there?

Have realistic expectations, the homes are older, usually around 100 years. Understand that Syracuse is a poorer city and that you will be dealing with sec 8 and other forms of government assistance. If you would like to discuss further lmk
