Looking For Investor Friendly Closing Attorney in Rochester NY

Hello,I have a few important issues I am trying to take care of. First off, I have a deal that I need to close on, anybody out there know of a good investor friendly attorney in Rochester NY? That's knowledge in closing Subject 2, Owner Finance, Wrap Around Mortgage, and Sandwich Lease option. The last thing I also need to find is a good CPA.
