Hello, BiggerPockets!

The moment you commit to pursuing a potentially life changing goal is rather odd, isn't it? Everything has a sharper clarity, and the division between what's essential and nonessential appears wider. Perhaps a week ago, I realized investing in real estate was no longer optional but imperative. Given this imperative, there's no longer time to waste. So, I thought it might be apropos to introduce myself--a long time listener, first time caller.

I'm from Sheboygan, WI, and after reading six books (and counting) and listening to nearly 200 hours of podcasts, it's (far past) time to build my team, starting with my "core four," and purchase my first rental property in the Sheboygan area.

Wishing you all well in these odd and uncertain times! Looking forward to connecting and diving into the wealth of experience and information shared in the forums.

Thanks Keane and I for one would certainly recommend my episode. It was, in my humble opinion, easily the best episode BiggerPockets has ever had by an enormous margin. You know, but I might be just a tiny bit biased.
