Bay Area residents with a million questions
What's up everyone! Per way of introduction, my name is Tolu and have a total of zero deals under my belt. I have to admit I've been lurking on the website as a non member trying for a few weeks now and have learned so much from the blogs/comments/ and resources. Everyone also seems to be so willing to share knowledge that I felt empowered to create an account and say hi!
My short term goal is to own a rental property or complete 5 wholesale deals by this posting date next year (6/8/2021 but who's counting...)
Do any of you friendly people remember your first Real Estate deal? Would you care to share? I'm specifically curious about the following...
1. Did you have someone review the contract before you signed?
2. How did you finance the purchase? In hindsight, do you regret it?
3. What advice would you give to yourself when you first started?
