Hello,

I am David Virga, I live in Saint Clair Shores, MI (which is about 20-30 minutes north of Detroit), and I work for a tier-1 interior automotive component supplier as a Regional Launch Manager.

Aside from buying my own house in 2014, I am new to Real Estate, so I have been reading books and listening to podcasts to educate myself.  My goal is to leverage apartment building investing to build enough passive income to cover my personal expenses within the next 1-2 years.  I must admit I'm excited at the idea of leveraging my experience in process development and continuous improvement from my time in automotive to an entirely new industry.
