There is so much value in this site! 

After purchasing my home last year (after having rented it for a while), I'm eager to acquire my first investment property (here in Indianapolis, Indiana).

I've accepted the "90-day challenge", getting Crystal-Clear-Criteria (for now, Single Family Homes for rental), Analyzing potential deals with the calculators, etc.

I think I need to find an ATTORNEY (or an AGENT who can help me find one) to be sure my offers/contracts have the correct legal wording and clauses, and a great LENDER, (along with Contractors and property managers)...

I want to start making offers on these potential great deals I find...

Any recommendations?
