How's it going everyone, I'm a fresh college graduate who just started a new full-time job in San Diego. I've been interested in real estate for the last 6 months and have been soaking up as much information as I could find through reading, watching videos, or podcasts. That's how I found BP and I am excited to learn from this community. I plan on budgeting and saving as much as I possibly can, as I have already started, and I am looking to house hack my first rental property within the next 1-2 years, hopefully. I have developed a growing interest in multi-family properties in particular. My goal is to gain financial freedom /as soon as possible. Looking forward to meeting all of you!

@Arshdeep Ballagan

Great to hear you're getting after it early! House-Hacking is a great way to start, and you can do it with little $$ down.

Best of Luck.
