Hello everyone, my name is Philip, I am 47 and a semi-retired ironworker. I am married with a two boys, 16 and 20. I sustained an injury at my workplace in 2008 and have been unemployed and on disability since then. My case is nearing a settlement and I have decided to become a Real Estate investor.
I have investigated many sites and so called mentors that will help you for a ton of upfront money. I came across this site searching about an investor named Phil Pustejovsky and discovered many individuals do not care for him. Anyway, glad to be a part of honest investors and hope I can gain some insight on investing in Southern California.
