Newbie here in Chattanooga, TN

Jason Burford
Posted

Hi I’m Jason in Chattanooga, TN with my wife Kaitlyn. We’re both now debt free (thanks Dave Ramsey) and now we’re looking toward financial independence and retiring early (shoutout to ChooseFI which my wife listens to religiously).

I’m starting to learn how to invest in real estate. Our goals are, as before, to have investments which will give us financial independence and allow us to retire early.

Great to be here, thanks for all the great info here, for the podcast, and for the great community.

-Jason B.

If you don’t currently own your home, a house hack for sure. Depending on your current situation.

The podcast is great and will help you learn. Listen as much as you can - even to old ones.

Tons of good books by BP and others. I feel like Set for Life by Scott Trench might be right up your alley, based on the little bit you posted in your intro.
