hi there all
so i'm new to this business and website. so far it looks real purty and helpful.
i'm trying to buy, rehab and sell single family residential properties in my area and some surrounding burbs as well. i have my first house under contract but may take a bath with it...first time mistakes i guess.
still building my team but now i know who not to hire:-)
anyway, i'm glad i found you all through j scott at 123 flip, but i can't remember how i found him??? guess that comes with age (49)

oh, i do woodworking as a hobby. mostly simple stuff but sometimes i get fancy and build cabinets and shelving units, i'm just sayin...
