Advice on Mobile Home Rentals
I'm a newer investor, but I'm raring to get going! I was able to acquire a mobile home located in a mobile home park that rents really, really well. Cash flow and cap rate are really good. I'm in the process of buying another one with similar specs and figures. However, they are on leased land, which is proving difficult to find financing, refinance (for BRRRR), and insurance is a bit pricey. What is everyone's thoughts on buying Mobile Homes as rentals?
