Whats 's up everyone, my name is Al, im sure happy to have found this site. I am a noob at real estate and havent done any deals or flips yet. Hopefully I could slowly but surely learn this trade from the gurus here, and jump in the bangwagon this summer with my first purchase. Currently i am looking for foreclosure properties around central jersey... :D
