New Investor in McKinney, TX

Hello BP Community. My name is John Peroyea and I am a new investor in the McKinney TX area.

I recently got off the analysis paralysis fence and decided to take action. I am currently building my cash reserves to get ready to make a move when the deal is right. I plan on starting with SFRs with a buy and hold strategy. I am a pilot full time and will be doing my real estate business on days off and during layovers when I am on the road.

I started a lead generation website using Leadpropeller website with plans to wholesale deals until I raise cash to jump on the perfect deal. My company is Vision Properties and my website is SellNowMcKinney.com

So far I am happy with the LeadPropeller website and I have already started to get some rankings and natural traffic. I have previous experience with SEO and rankings so I was able to get my site indexed within 24 hours easily. I plan on using primarily an SEO strategy until I make my first deal then I plan to reinvest into PPC.

My wife and I are also walking for dollars around our neighborhood and plan to send out a direct mail campaign in the next week. Our target market is very competitive but I think we can bring some unique benefits to our potential sellers as well as buyers.

I am putting this out to the BP community in order to network with others in the area and to really put myself out there and stay motivated during the early grind to get the business going.

I'd be happy to meet for coffee with any other investors in the area. I am happy to help with SEO and website marketing too!

@John P.

Congratulations on starting your wholesale company. Hopefully you find a perfect deal to do your first fix and flip or buy and hold on your own.  I think you are in a great market.  Best of luck in all your endeavors.
