Should you view the property (physically)?
If you already seen the pictures of the property, do you have to view it physically at a open house before getting it under contract?

@Earnest Dismukes welcome to BiggerPockets! It is a good idea to physically go look at a property. The seller is generally not going to include photos of problems. It is also good to walk the site location to make sure it has good drainage and drive around the neighborhood. The other thing pictures do not reveal is smell. It could have a pet urine odor, mold or musty smell.
Some people do get properties under contract and use the inspection period as an opportunity to view the property. That is fine too. Just make sure you are not purchasing something sight unseen.
