Hi I´m a Biggerpocket new member.

I´m from Venezuela, and basically I´d invested in Preconstruction projects in Miami for last years. Now, I want to move foward to next level to invest in bargain properties (motivated sellers) looking for cash flow. Thank all of You for your support.
