Thanks to everyone who make up this community. I have been exploring the site for a while, and getting great value out of searching for topics of interest. It is hard to find topics that haven't been covered in depth. But joining now to hopefully build my local network and continue my real estate education.
A bit about me - full time engineer, 5 years of experience self managing properties, currently own 5 single families in Portland with ok cash on cash returns. Current focus is moving equity into an apartment complex to increase return on capital and eventually replace a paycheck.
