Hello Everyone,
I’m new to BP and to real estate! I’m currently a 2nd grade teacher and I’m looking to make more through real estate. I purchased a house 2 years ago in DC. Now I’m looking into buying a second property as a rental investment. I’m not sure what market to go into or the best strategy to use but I have a few ideas swirling around in my head, lol. Nice to meet everyone and I’m looking forward to learning and connecting with others.
