Apartment Locator vs RE Agent - Newby from Seattle
I have been licensed last 2 years, background in property management and leasing rentals...worked mostly with investors and tenants with good incomes around Seattle. I am stuck between going to work for an Apartment Finders or go to work for a brokerage. Need advice - I am a little concerned about not making any money if I just do fulltime RE sales...brokerage that I might go hang license at isnt doing the management, any advice?
