Seeking CPA guidance

Anyone have an idea of how to find a CPA near me in Oklahoma City to help with taxes and also who might be able to give some guidance on a BRRRR in another state and whether or not it would count as a BRRRR if my daughter(who is married and not our dependent) who lives there?
