New guy near Hemet, California
Hi all,
I'm Cliff. I'm stationed out here in California, hopefully for the next 5 years I probably won't know that for sure until the second half of the year. I work in the Cartography field for the Marine Corps.
I currently have 0 real estate experience. I've always loved home improvement TV shows, and I also love doing home improvement jobs like building a back patio deck in a weekend, and other things like that.
A friend of mine from high school his parents buy tax auction homes fix them up and either flip or rent them. They work back in Western New York; and I've been interested in seeing if I could do the same thing, I just haven't quite figured out how I'm going to do that.
I would like to start out in Real Estate by getting into owning rentals. Most likely single family homes, or houses with 2 units max. Until I figure out what I want, and more importantly get my Fiance on board.
