I,m new but been reading a lot and think its time to jump in and seen a 3 family house for sale i my area im still debating on house hacking or just stay  where im at and rent it fully out any info would help, on the listing says its allready full rented any help in the NY area would be excellent

@Mark Navarrete i,m located between Newburgh and Middletown. But im looking to invest in Ellenville, Port Jervis ect lower taxes 

@Mike Dolan ok, being from downstate I’m not familiar with these areas. As you can imagine prices in the City are a really high entry point. Are you looking to flip, buy and hold, brrr?

@Mark Navarrete i think for now im gonna buy and hold and eventually turn it into brrrr or at least build my equity up and build a little wealth over time.
