Hello everyone, my name is Josh and I live in sunny Avondale, Arizona.
I found this site while trying to find foreclosure homes in California. My wife and I are looking to get back to California, preferrably the Orange county area. I look forward to chatting with all of you and learning invaluable information regarding real estate.
