Newbie here from Maryland. Looking to get started!
Hello all,
My names Chris (33) and I'm from the Baltimore area, specifically Glen Burnie MD. I work a full time job not making a ton of money. I know I can get into investing, but I would really like some advice on where to start. I do have some funds available from saving over time. Some guidance from established investors would be amazing! I'd love to find my niche in real estate. Part of me says that wholesaling is the way to go for me, but since I'm new I would love some insight on where I should be aiming. I'm trying to create a better life for my girlfriend and I and her 2 children who are like my own. I need some professional help from the great people on here!
