Newbie from Baltimore, MD!
Hi! I'm Gina, from Baltimore, MD.
I'm brand new to this and my goals this year are to do my first flip & and purchase a multi-family property I can live in/rent out. I've been following Bigger Pockets for years - listening to the podcast, reading posts, watching webinars, etc and now I'm committed to actually doing my first deal!
I'm a feng shui consultant as well so my big picture goals are to create a real estate business that will allow me to quit my other part time job so that I can focus my time solely on the businesses I'm passionate about!
I'm looking forward to learning more about how to navigate all the amazing resources Bigger Pockets has to offer and connecting with and learning from this amazing community!
