new member in Atlanta Metro
I have just started intense study of real estate and am in the middle of taking 3 real estate/business classes while working full time. I am currently an L1 certified ASE master technician and originally was looking to supplement my income but the more I learn the more I see that working on cars will be merely a hobby in the near future!!! I LOVE this real estate stuff!!
I am the father of 12, soon to be 13, awesome children and look forward to teaching them the advantages of investing in real estate as I become more experienced. Oh, that's not a typo, 13 kids is right! And please dont ask me if I know what causes that, I WILL tell you, and yes I am clearly insane.
