Newbie from Philadelphia - Looking to Learn More About the Market
Hi all,
My name is Jake Ashenfelter from Philadelphia and I am pretty new to real estate. In fact, I have never done a deal before. However, I am definitely a real estate addict that has been pretty passionate about it for over a year and I am looking to finally start investing. After doing a good amount of research I think I have decided that I want to focus on either flipping residential properties or rental properties or a combination to some degree. I am really open to learning about any other investment opportunities but I think these my best options for my goals and ambitions. I was wondering if anyone could direct me in the right direction to find out more information about the current state of the Philadelphia real estate market? Also, any other tips or advice would also be really appreciated. I can't wait to finally pull the trigger and start my investing career.
