Hello BP world! I’m new to AZ & I can’t wait to start real estate! I’m in the military (Navy) & Iknow a lot of us buy and rent when we transfer each time. For me, I want to be a full time real estate investor and it is my plan/goal. Most likely wholesale, flip & renting out properties! I bought my first house last year at the age of 23. i love AZ so far and I’m itchin to start NOW! But I would like to network with a few investors from AZ and maybe I’ll be able to shadow or see the process in person such as wholesale or rehab. Everyone starts off nervous even though you’ve read a lot of books, hear podcasts or watch a lot of YouTube videos... & that’s me right now..everyone can relate! I’m ready to take on the challenge, get educated everyday, keeep hustling and I won’t disappoint you! I understand once I keep doing the process and on how everything works since it’s like a system, it’ll get easier from there! Military is like a system as well, so I believe I’ll be able to catch up fast and get the grind going! I would love to start networking soon. Thank you!
