Hi BP,

I've been a long time lurker here and this site has been a very valuable source of information, so I decided to post today. I'm fairly new to RE investing, started about a year ago. I currently own two SFH in the Miami area. One which I just rented out yesterday to my first tenant ever, and one that I will be rehabbing in the next couple of months. In the future I hope to get into some multi family properties. Anyways, I look forward to networking with some of you and being a part of this great forum.
