Introducing Myself to BP and REI

Hello! I am a 24 year old business and marketing student with a desire to learn about REI. My goal is to have my first rental property by the time I am 25, but before I am trying to read, listen to podcasts and watch videos on REI and the endless possibilities that real estate has to offer. I am 100% bilingual in English and Spanish, a fast learner with great communication skills. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to BiggerPockets @Jaime Aguilar! You are on the right track with this website. There is a wealth of knowledge in the forums, podcasts, and books. Immerse yourself and asks questions. Secondly, I would try to keep expenses low and save as much as your can to open the door for whatever strategy you decide to pursue for investing. Lastly, research specific REI strategies you believe fit your preferences well. I would suggest for a first deal to consider house hacking. It is a powerful wealth generator while curtailing expenses, and you can do SFR or small multifamily.
