My Intro the the BiggerPockets world.

Hi Everyone,

I’d like to introduce myself to the world of BiggerPockets. My name is Nayan Patel and I currently manage three business (drive-thrus/gas stations) in the state of Ohio. I received my Bachelor of Criminal Justice from University of Cinncanti in 2016. I am still very new to the real estate world but motivated to learn. My uncle who I am quite close with has been providing me with an opportunity to learn. I am just here to put my name out there and will definitely be reading around the forums and watching videos to increase my knowledge of how real estate works. I am thinking about getting my real estate license in Ohio and would like to know what people think about that option after this COVID-19 pandemic. Any type of input would be splendid. Thanks.

Hi @Nayan Patel, I would say this depends on what market in Ohio that you're in. Columbus has been doing very well through the pandemic but I'm not sure what market you're in. I would ask some local realtors from your area for some advice regarding this.
