My name is Jason and I am an Orlando native. Currently I am imprisoned by my consulting job but I want to take a page from my parents book and start investing in real estate to set myself (financially) free! My REI goal is to replace/increase my salary by investing locally (to start) and eventually have a house on the beach. :)
I first came across BP last year when I was looking to buy my first rental property while living abroad and saw that BP had answers to pretty much all of my questions and great books to offer! It turned out that I moved back to the states sooner than expected so I bought a house for myself to live in while renting out one of the rooms to help lower my cost in order to save up for my next property. Fast forward almost a year, I am now looking for that next property and welcome any advice as I look for deals that meet my goals!
I am looking forward to connecting with the BP community and learning a lot along the way. Hopefully, not too long from now, I will be able to pay forward the advice and support as others begin their future journey to financial freedom!
